YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Gretna Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Construction Contract for replacing existing hydronic piping at Gretna Elementary School, located at 801 South Street, Gretna, NE 68028. Bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, in the Gretna Public Schools District Office Board Room at 11717 South 216th Street, Gretna, NE 68028.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the District Office. All Contractors considering bidding the Project are required to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.
Immediately thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.
