A Special Shout-Out to Our Trunk Hosts! Your creativity, effort, and enthusiasm brought the whole parking lot to life. From spook-tacular decorations to fun games, you transformed your cars into magic for the kids and created memories they’ll talk about all year. The event truly wouldn't have been the same without your time and dedication!

Our Trunk or Treat was a huge success! From creative costumes and decorated trunks to lots of candy and even more smiles, it was a wonderful evening spent with our Guardian families!

Our 5th graders took a trip through the stars without ever leaving Harvest Hills! The planetarium came to us, giving students an out-of-this-world experience as they explored the night sky, planets, and constellations. What a fun way to bring science to life and spark curiosity about the universe!

Is there anything Mrs. Hergott can't do?! From supporting students and staff to fixing broken chairs between meetings, our school counselor truly does it all! On a busy workday, she somehow found time to add furniture repair to her already impressive list of talents.

Creativity is taking shape at Harvest Hills! Our 5th grade Visual-Spatial HAL students put their imaginations to work designing and building unique name sculptures! These projects challenged students to think outside the box, use their problem-solving skills, and turn their creative ideas into 3D works of art. We love seeing their creativity come to life!

Our fifth graders put their brains to work as they strengthened their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills! These important skills will help them become stronger writers, researchers, and lifelong learners!

Big buddies, little buddies, and lots of learning! Our 3rd and 1st grade buddies spent time together in the classroom building friendships, working together, and making memories! We love watching our older Guardians step up as leaders while our younger Guardians learn from their example. These buddy connections are what make Harvest Hills so special!

WHODUNIT? Our 5th Grade HAL Detectives Are on the Case!

Our 5th-grade High Ability Learning (HAL) students have stepped into the intricate, code-cracking world of Graeme Base’s The Eleventh Hour!

As Horace the Elephant’s 11th birthday celebration turns into a crime scene, our master sleuths are putting their critical thinking, pattern recognition, and deductive reasoning skills to the test to discover who stole the birthday feast before time runs out! Feast-stealers beware!

HAL Mathematicians at Work!

Our 4th-grade Math High Ability Learning students took on a sweet challenge this week! Using precise estimation, mathematical reasoning, and calculations, students worked together to determine approximately how many pieces of candy have been donated so far for our Trunk or Treat celebration on October 22nd.

Results are in for 3rd grade! Mrs. Love's class brought the energy to PE as they raced to earn the title of fastest class!

The circus came to Harvest Hills! Our amazing kitchen staff turned the cafeteria into the greatest show on earth! From the fun decorations to the excitement at lunchtime, our students were treated to a little extra magic with their meals!

A HUGE thank you to our kitchen crew for always going above and beyond to make lunchtime fun for our Guardians! You truly are the greatest show in town!

The 5th graders have been working hard on their drum ensembles in music class! They're choosing their own instruments, creating unique rhythms, and exploring a variety of sounds and textures. Along the way, they're collaborating, sharing ideas, and working together to bring their musical creations to life as a cohesive ensemble. We love to see their creativity and teamwork in action!

Our 2nd–5th grade Guardians are LEVELING UP at lunch! Students have been working hard to follow our GPS expectations in the lunchroom, showing respect, responsibility, and kindness along the way. As classes demonstrate these expectations, they earn food pieces to add to their classroom charts!

Speed, teamwork, and a little friendly competition! Mrs. Coffey’s and Mrs. Workman’s classes brought the energy to PE as they raced to earn the title of fastest class! Our Guardians showed off their speed, determination, and teamwork while having a blast. We love seeing our students work hard, cheer each other on, and have fun staying active!

Students put their problem-solving skills to the test as they experimented, made adjustments, and learned along the way. What a fun way to bring science to life!
